Cycling is a great way to view Napa Valley scenery or to explore its cities without any concern for parking space. Separated bike trails are being developed; but for now, please take extra safety precaution on heavily used roads and streets. Biking on Silverado Trail, north of Napa, requires extra care and more effort in maneuvering through hilly, curved or winding roads. As an alternative, public buses are equipped with front bike racks.
